Orders within the UK will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery (see below) within 3 working days from the date of your order. If your order is very urgent, let us know by email and we will do our best to get it off straight away! Orders over £100 are sent in a useful plastic storage box. (For orders outside the UK, please see note further below).

In all cases, you will be asked by Royal Mail to sign for your order. To avoid inconvenience, you might consider having your order sent to you work address if you are going to be out

Post prices quoted are for the UK but if you wish to order from outside the UK, please either:

- place your order as usual and we will email you with the extra postal costs for your country
- email your order to barbie@barbiecampbellcole.com and we will let you know in advance the postal rates to your country
